Retail Sales Team Member - Vacancy

The position available is in our retail sales team. Read Bros has an energetic team of unique individuals with a passion for problem solving, customer service and the hardware business.  The successful candidate will have a positive, enthusiastic attitude, be well presented and punctual.

 

Job tasks and responsibilities 
Applicants need to:
  • Have excellent customer service skills & be able to build and grow long term customer relationships
  • Enjoy the challenge of problem solving
  • Be comfortable working in a busy retail environment 
  • Have proven sales ability
  • Be open to continual learning opportunities that go with being a part of the Read Bros team.
The applicant must be available to work Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings (Saturdays rostered). Inwards goods experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

Applicants will need to demonstrate:
  • Customer service skills
  • Questioning technique
  • Hardware knowledge
  • Computer literacy
